Product details

Individually cut vinyl letters and shapes applied directly to a surface — no background panel, just the lettering itself.

The standard for storefront windows and entry doors, business hours and contact information, vehicle lettering, office and suite numbers, wall quotes and directional signage. Used by retailers, restaurants, offices, salons and service businesses that want a clean, permanent look.
Artwork guidelines
  • Vector artwork is strongly preferred — it is what lets us cut and scale lettering cleanly. Each letter and shape is cut individually, so the artwork needs true outlines rather than a flat image.
  • Convert text to outlines before sending, which keeps the lettering exactly as designed.
  • Very thin strokes, fine serifs and small detail are difficult to cut and to apply — favor weight and simplicity.
  • Design at the correct proportions for the finished lettering, and note the color you want the vinyl cut in, since the material color is the letter color.
  • Proofread everything before uploading, including phone numbers, addresses, dates and QR codes.

Print Depot reviews submitted artwork for basic print readiness before production. Responsibility for spelling, dimensions, colors, placement, and design content remains with the customer.
Shipping & returns

Turnaround. Orders are typically ready to ship or pick up the next business day after your order and print-ready artwork have been received. Production begins once both are in hand.

Large quantities, oversized projects, specialty configurations, or files that need corrections may require additional production time. We will let you know if that applies to your order.

Shipping and pickup. Transit time is separate from production time and depends on the shipping method selected at checkout, so we are not able to guarantee an exact delivery date. Tracking is provided when available. Local pickup orders are held for you, and we will notify you as soon as they are ready.

Returns on custom print. Because every piece is produced specifically for your order, all custom printed products are final sale once production has begun. We are not able to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for a change of mind, an incorrect size, quantity, or option selected at checkout, or artwork submitted with errors — including spelling, dates, phone numbers, addresses, QR codes, or design content.

That said, we stand behind our work. If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or substantially different from what was approved because of an error on our end, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review it and make it right with a reprint, replacement, store credit, or another suitable resolution.
