Full-color printed banners for indoor and outdoor display — a direct, high-visibility way to put a message where people already are.

Commonly used for storefronts and window fronts, grand openings, sales and seasonal promotions, sponsorship recognition, trade shows, sporting events and job sites. A practical fit for retailers, restaurants, schools, churches, contractors, community groups and event organizers.
Artwork guidelines
  • Submit print-ready PDF where possible. High-resolution PNG and JPG files are also accepted.
  • Design at the correct proportions for the banner size you are ordering, and use artwork with enough resolution to stay sharp once enlarged.
  • Vector artwork is preferred for logos and lettering so edges stay crisp.
  • Large banners are usually read from a distance — keep the main message short and the type generous.
  • Keep important text and logos clear of the trim line and outer edges. Banners are often hemmed or grommeted, so leave a margin around the design.
  • Proofread everything before uploading, including phone numbers, addresses, dates and QR codes.

Print Depot reviews submitted artwork for basic print readiness before production. Responsibility for spelling, dimensions, colors, placement, and design content remains with the customer.
Shipping & returns

Turnaround. Orders are typically ready to ship or pick up the next business day after your order and print-ready artwork have been received. Production begins once both are in hand.

Large quantities, oversized projects, specialty configurations, or files that need corrections may require additional production time. We will let you know if that applies to your order.

Shipping and pickup. Transit time is separate from production time and depends on the shipping method selected at checkout, so we are not able to guarantee an exact delivery date. Tracking is provided when available. Local pickup orders are held for you, and we will notify you as soon as they are ready.

Returns on custom print. Because every piece is produced specifically for your order, all custom printed products are final sale once production has begun. We are not able to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for a change of mind, an incorrect size, quantity, or option selected at checkout, or artwork submitted with errors — including spelling, dates, phone numbers, addresses, QR codes, or design content.

That said, we stand behind our work. If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or substantially different from what was approved because of an error on our end, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review it and make it right with a reprint, replacement, store credit, or another suitable resolution.
