Terms of service

These terms apply to orders placed with Print Depot. We have kept them as plain as we can. If anything here is unclear, contact us before ordering and we will explain it.

Orders

Before submitting an order, please review your products, sizes, quantities, colors, materials, finishing options, shipping information and artwork. Custom work is produced to the specifications submitted with the order, so those details are what we build from.

Artwork

You are responsible for the artwork you submit, including spelling, grammar, names, phone numbers, addresses, dates, QR codes, dimensions, design placement and design content.

We review submitted artwork for basic print readiness — whether a file is usable at the size ordered. That review is a technical check rather than a proofread, and it does not mean we have approved, or taken responsibility for, the content of your design.

Artwork quality

Print quality depends on the quality of the file supplied. Where artwork is low-resolution, blurry, pixelated, incorrectly sized or otherwise unsuitable for the product ordered, and you choose to proceed with that artwork, we are not responsible for the resulting print quality. If we believe a file will not reproduce well, we will tell you before printing.

Color

Slight color variation can occur between what you see on a screen, the file you supply and the finished printed product. Screens emit light while print reflects it, and the two do not correspond exactly. Color can also vary between different materials and production methods. Exact monitor-to-print color matching cannot always be guaranteed.

Intellectual property

By submitting artwork, you confirm that you hold the rights to reproduce it or that you have the necessary authorization. This applies to logos, photographs, trademarks, copyrighted material and any other content you supply. Obtaining permission is the customer's responsibility.

We reserve the right to decline content that we reasonably believe infringes applicable law or the intellectual property rights of others.

Pricing and availability

Prices, availability, specifications, promotions and services may change. If an obvious pricing or technical error affects an order, we may contact you before production to correct the order or, if necessary, cancel it.

Turnaround

Production times given on this site are estimates unless we have stated otherwise for your specific order. Completion times can be affected by large orders, artwork issues, equipment issues, material availability, shipping carriers, severe weather, holidays and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
