Full-colour posters for promotion and display — the format that has to read from across a room and still hold up close.

Used for events and gigs, in-store promotions and price announcements, classroom and training material, menus and service boards, and window or noticeboard display. Choose a glossy stock for saturated colour, or matte where the poster sits under direct light and glare would be a problem.
Artwork guidelines
  • Submit print-ready PDF where possible. High-resolution PNG and JPG files are also accepted. Vector artwork is preferred for logos and lettering.
  • Build artwork to the correct proportions for the label shape you are ordering.
  • Supply a transparent background where the design is meant to sit directly on the surface.
  • Keep text and logos away from the outer edge — labels are cut to shape, and a design that runs right to the border leaves no room for movement.
  • If the label wraps a curved container, remember that the ends will not be seen at the same time as the front.
  • Proofread everything before uploading, including phone numbers, addresses, dates and QR codes.

Print Depot reviews submitted artwork for basic print readiness before production. Responsibility for spelling, dimensions, colors, placement, and design content remains with the customer.
Shipping & returns

Turnaround. Orders are typically ready to ship or pick up the next business day after your order and print-ready artwork have been received. Production begins once both are in hand.

Large quantities, oversized projects, specialty configurations, or files that need corrections may require additional production time. We will let you know if that applies to your order.

Shipping and pickup. Transit time is separate from production time and depends on the shipping method selected at checkout, so we are not able to guarantee an exact delivery date. Tracking is provided when available. Local pickup orders are held for you, and we will notify you as soon as they are ready.

Returns on custom print. Because every piece is produced specifically for your order, all custom printed products are final sale once production has begun. We are not able to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for a change of mind, an incorrect size, quantity, or option selected at checkout, or artwork submitted with errors — including spelling, dates, phone numbers, addresses, QR codes, or design content.

That said, we stand behind our work. If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or substantially different from what was approved because of an error on our end, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review it and make it right with a reprint, replacement, store credit, or another suitable resolution.
